If this is not possible, please arrange to retrieve your item as soon as tracking shows that item has been delivered. If you are not familiar with the item, please do not buy it from us. Reports of shipping damage received more than 24hrs after delivery are not eligible for loss coverage by our shipper, and we are unable to cover any such loss. Please note that any damage to the product sustained after delivery, resulting from exposure to heat or other environmental conditions, or otherwise (e.g., theft), is beyond our control and is buyer’s responsibility. In order to have any claim for shipping damaged processed by our shipper, you must retain all items, materials, boxes, any complementary gift items, and packing for possible inspection. Please note that requests to claim coverage for shipping damage cannot be processed unless you retain (and when requested, return) all materials and items included in the original delivery, including the shipping box or envelope. Please note that in some cases taking dietary supplements may cause: upset stomach, heartburn, bloating, constipation, fatigue, headache, dizziness, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, reactions including rash, itching, coughing, swelling, or other sickness or symptoms. If you experience these or any other adverse effects or other unexpected reactions, you should immediately discontinue use of the product and contact emergency services (such as 911) and your physician. Multiple Orders / Items: If you place multiple orders for the same item, or order multiple items in one order, we will assume you intend to purchase all such items ordered. We are unable provide refunds for extra items ordered by mistake. If you order more items than you desire by mistake, please inform us within one hour of the order being placed, otherwise we will ship and charge you for all items ordered, and we will be unable to accept a return or provide a refund for excess items ordered. If shipping to the same delivery address, we will ship orders for multiple items together in consolidated packaging, unless you give us other instructions.
