Raw Irish Sea Moss – Purple – Dr Sebi type – Irish Moss 3oz

Fully dried raw Purple Sea Moss. You will receive 1 large 3oz by weight eco friendly pouch. (The photos are an example of the packaging- it may vary slightly) This is Caribbean sea moss from pristine coastal waters as Dr Sebi described.This product is Eucheuma and it only requires cleaning and soaking to make your gel. Eucheuma is often farmed at sea in tropical waters as part of sustainability projects to uplift local economies. I am providing this product b/c I have had many requests for it as sea moss gel is simpler to prepare with this type of sea moss as opposed to Gracilaria. May improve moodiness, agitation, depression and anxiety disorders Contains anti-inflammatory, antiviral properties Plus many more… Recommended directions for use: Only remove a small bunch at a time – about 2-3 tablespoons DO NOT wet any that you are not using or it will go bad!!!!! After rinsing thoroughly place the sea moss in a covered glass jar/ container . Pour enough distilled or alkaline water to cover the sea moss initially, after an hour or more add up to an additional 3oz of water as it will absorb a lot of water. Drain and reserve the water) and let sit for a few hours on the counter or overnight in the fridge. Drain and place sea moss into a strong blender with a little of the water from your sea moss. Blend thoroughly until a “gel” like consistency appears (add more water a little at a time if it is not enough to fully blend product) and continue blending until you get a smooth gel. I usually take a minimum of 1 Tablespoon per day. Add directly to shakes, food, soups and salads or any foods you would like.  The purple sea moss gel will last for 2+ weeks in the refrigerator.
