It must be returned in the SAME CONDITION AS I MAILED IT (Unopened, SEALED, unused, unbroken, etc) If your post office mangled the package, your carrier shoved it into your mailbox and broke it, folded your book or left your package where it could be carried off by a dog, or you left your mail in the box all day and your item melted we cannot be held responsible. The shipping costs *I* paid to mail your package (usually starting at $3.48), not the ones (usually $.70) *you* paid are non-refundable for undelivered (you left off the apt number or gave a non-existent or old address), opened, unclaimed, returned and refused packages, unless we made an error.
