Directions for Use Dosage: Adult Maintenance Dose: ReMag Magnesium Solution is a 60,000ppm concentration of 99.99% pure elemental magnesium in liquid form and is very strong. I am sure others have it worse, but still it is uncomfortable. I have looked into various medical treatments for this condition and it is not pretty. I knew there had to be a more natural way of treating it. I read Dr. Carolyn Dean’s book “Atrial Fibrillation – Remineralizing Your Heart”. I bought her ReMag and ReMyte and have been taking it for about a month now. I must tell you, the a-fib is significantly better. My main trigger, adrenaline surges, does not seem to put my heart into a-fib. I still get a-fib, but the episodes are much shorter, I am talking minutes instead of an hour or two, and less frequent. I have been talking it aprox 3 weeks and I can’t say enough good things about this. My constant knee pain is gone, tremors of the hand are much better and I can put eye liner on again…. (important if you’re a girl) heart racing at night is better and I am sleeping much better. I can’t wait to see what else clears up as I slowly up the dose. I wish it came with a dropper or flip top that let you pour small amounts out, other wise it’s great. I have been monitoring myself daily and have needed to stop taking my BP meds. One day I took one of my 2 medications along with this product and my BP dropped too low. People …you must check your BP daily if you want to wean yourself off BP medication. I am a BELIEVER in this product !! Also, I don’t seem to be getting out of bed achy. Muscle cramps are gone.
